For Operations we’re looking for engineers and technicians who have received mechanical and/or electrical training and can work with machines consisting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and optical elements. The available positions include preventative maintenance and repairs, testing, optimization of assembly and production processes, and customer service on-site. But whatever you do, you always put quality before quantity.
The positions on offer often require flexibility with regard to working hours, as shift work is possible. English is usually the first language used at work, but Technix also offers Dutch lessons to help you settle in faster. In the work culture of the Netherlands you are always part of the team and hierarchy is almost non-existent. No matter your seniority, your input is appreciated.
